Guest poster at Stash Manicure & Free pattern drawing

stash-manicure-banner.jpgIt started with a little comment – Kay Mackenzie (All About Applique) wrote to me and said that someone had posted about Don’t Drink and Fly (my witch quilt pattern). So of course I had to stop on by and see the post. Well, I ended up leaving a little comment and the next thing I knew, Madame Samm, the woman who now runs Stash Manicure contacted me and asked if I’d like to write a post. I said sure!

So the post will “air” Thursday, November 11. Please stop by Stash Manicure and check it out. Madame Samm is a terrific lady! She called me this morning and is absolute hoot with loads of energy and a great sense of humor.

I thought in honor of the post I thought I’d give away some holiday patterns! I’m offering these three…pattern-giveaway.jpg

All you have to do is leave a comment on my blog. The cutoff for comments to be entered into the drawing will be Saturday, November 13 midnight (PST). I’ll use random.org’s random number generator to pick the winner and then announce the person on Sunday, November 14.

And again, please do check out the post – I’d love to hear what you think.

Ta.

I’ve loved your designs since I first saw them. I’m a quilter and didn’t know you started out in rubber stamping. I have several of your patterns, but none of the winter ones. They have so much personality. Your post at Stash Manicure was very interesting. I’m amazed at how much you can get accomplished!

Hi, I hopped over to here from your fab post at Stash Manicure, and am very happy to have found your blog. I was mean to be blog manicuring, but I’ve had to add you :-).

Congrats on the shout in the magazine too – although I usually only get UK quilt mags, I was in FL two weeks ago and picked up some US mags – and there i saw your quilts – the page is folded as a ‘follow this up when you get a moment’ prompt – lovely serendipity to have found you :-)

Loved your guest article on Stash Manicure. Loved seeing all the photos of your stash also! Love that people who are very talented always have huge stashes of the things they love! The more talented…The more stashes. Funny how that works. Really enjoyed hearing that it’s always a balance. As my sweet Mom always says ” If you want something done, give it to someone busy”. Love both your rubber stamps and your quilt patterns. Would Love Love Loveto win ther three you show! Thanks for your generosity in the drawing.
