Shipping/Shipping Costs
Orders are shipped through United States Post Office (USPS).
International Customers: I do apologize about the large international shipping rates but recently the post office had a rather drastic increase. I also cannot predict how long overseas orders will take to arrive - most come relatively quickly within a couple weeks, but on occasion they have taken 3-4 weeks.

*Many customers outside of the U.S. have asked that the customs form be marked as "gift". I cannot in good faith do this. I understand that custom charges can be expensive. I always round costs down to the nearest dollar and do not include shipping charges in the amount listed on the form.

Returns and Exchanges
In the event an incorrect item is sent to you, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll exchange or replace the item as needed and reimburse the return shipping costs.
Stamps
If you are not satisfied with our stamps you may return unused stamps within 10 days of receipt. We will either refund or exchange your stamps for new ones. Please contact us first before returning any items.
Please note that if the item we shipped is correct and you simply do not wish to keep it, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
